Sitting here full of contemplations,
Mind ticking through file after file,
Stacks of discarded memories hover,
Floating about the ethereal regions of far off memory,
Grasping at strings,
Attempting to fill the gaps with empty boxes,
Imaginative speculations leading to paranoid delusions,
This or that, tit for tat,
Crazily spelunking down cavern walls,
Deeper into the recess of memories malfunction,
Pulling down those fabricated walls of protection,
Grasping till the last straw disappeared,
Now splattered on floor,
Staring into empty atmosphere,
Breathing and thinking,
Those memories long gone.
