Maturity shines through my smile,

Today I stepped out into the sun,

It wasn’t a gray day anymore,

Today my life has a reason to smile,

I’m surrounded by friends,

Near me is my love,

Next to me after is my dog,

None concern me as much as,

Hearing my friends are okay,
