I love to cook and sometimes bake. The other day I attempted to make my first Bunt Cake. I followed the directions I found online, I tend to use a lot of Betty Crocker recipe’s. My Mother always had their cookbook open to one page or another as I grew up. I don’t really know what happened, I guess a lack of butter/grease coating on the pan attributed to it falling apart. It wasn’t a loss though, the cake was delicious. I melted a little icing and dribbled it over the chaos. As a diabetic I try to bake my own deserts. I don’t use substitutes. I only attempt to make the desert less sugary, and eat smaller portions and double check my sugar. Everyone loved it, that’s what matters to me. So yes, mistakes are sometimes yummy.
