Starting Idea

Today she walked the ledge, egged on by her friends. Her eyes averted from the water beneath, the rumbling vibrations surging through her legs from the dam’s twin generators. At the moment of peace she extends her arms in the breeze, bracing herself against the cold steel, grasping it in her strong palms. The once well-groomed hair now a mix of wind-blown curls, her eyes aglow with excitement and adrenaline. Laughter begins from the bottom of her stomach and reverberates out of her chest making her bosom bounce with glee. Taking another breath as she closes her eyes she let’s go of the dark energy that’s gripped her tight for so long. The freedom here on the cusp of dangers edge frees her to express what verbally cannot be materialized.
