Isaiah 41:10 ESV

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Fear not / God commands

I AM with you / He is with us

be not dismayed / God again commands

for I AM your God / God tells us He is stronger than any tribulation

I will strengthen you / God gives us a promise to give us strength to make it through tribulation

I will help you / another promise from God to help us through trials

I will uphold you / another promise

with My righteous right hand / in Jewish mythology God holds Hell in His left hand, so by holding us in His right hand we are close to God.
