Spending the first seven years of his adult life enlisted in the US Navy as a RP2(SW), Religious Program Specialist, he deployed twice to war, first in 2003 to both theaters Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom on the USS ANZIO CG-68; again in 2005 to Enduring Freedom located in The Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti.

Graduating Liberty University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Religion accompanied by a minor in biblical studies, he also pursued degrees in Business Administration and Human Services.

As a jack of all trades he has worked many professions and prides himself on his accomplishments working with VT Vet to Vet to help in need military veterans in high risk situations find help for their mental, physical, and social needs. His most recent accomplishment self publishing two poetry books on Amazon.

Literature has been a large inspiration on his life, inspired by books like “Wind in the Willows” by Kenneth Grahame, “The Boxcar Children” by Gertrude Chandler Warner, “The Hardy Boys” by ghost writer Franklin W. Dixon, The Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson, anything by Dickens, Tolkien, & Lewis. Poets whom inspire him are Robert Frost, Edgar Allan Poe, and Emily Dickinson.

A love of many artistic mediums fuels his life. He and his partner spend many hour discussing and collaborating on many projects. A few of his favorite are: sketching, charcoal, water color, ink, paper craft, writing and blogging.
